Shagari Jackson, Founder

Shagari Jackson is an award winning international photographer, creative, and licensed real estate agent. He is the owner of Achroma Studio and Fine Arts and Mosaic by MG. With a passionate ambition to serve his community, he has been inducted into the 100 Black Men Association, and begun his journey of this non profit ‘The Wedding Collective’. Shagari has 7 years of experience in the wedding industry and with that experience came a vision. A vision to give back to those who desire the wedding of their dreams, but could not afford it. Everyone deserves their dream wedding, so why not provide an outlet where that dream isn’t out of reach.

Antonio Cousin, President

Antonio Cousin is a licensed real estate broker and owns and operates Service 1st Real Estate.  He’s been an active real estate professional since 2010.  Antonio has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business from Louisiana State University and a Master in Business Administration from the University of North Texas.  His involvement in both professional and social service organizations is noteworthy. He’s a member of the National Association of Realtors® and holds the e-PRO® designation. He’s also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and holds the Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Financial Services Auditor designations. In addition, he’s a Life Member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Kayla ‘Rose” Magee, Director

Kayla Magee is a fashion and portrait photographer, who owns MBRCollective and manages Achroma + Fine Arts Studio. Possessing a passion for people, black history, fashion, and connection, she exemplifies what it is to create and embody the art of emotion and style. With 4 years of photography experience, she joined the Achroma team and found a new found love for set design and styling. These attributes contribute to the all around artist she is today, in hopes to share and service the community through art via ‘The Wedding Collective’.

Stanley Savage, Treasurer

Stan Savage is a Financial Audit Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana. With 10+ years of accounting/auditing experience he has guided and continues to guide the community through financial instability and responsibility through personal and business ventures. He currently has a Masters of Business Administration and is certified as an internal auditor, and information systems auditor. Stan also serves his community as VP of Finance/Treasurer for 100 Black Men of Metro Baton Rouge.

Ebonie Mathews, Secretary

Ebonie Mathews, who is the CEO of Pitch Brand Agency, is based in Los Angeles & New Orleans. She is always pushing the culture forward with 10+ years of experience developing and managing entertainment and brands. She is a pioneer in the creative space and has traveled the nation in support of music tours, festivals and collegiate athletics. Focusing on helping creators and small businesses grow their brand, she has always been the foundation. Specializing in the digital space, Ebonie educates her clients on the importance of marketing and branding by executing innovative strategies based on some of the best practices, data analysis and future market trends. She is also the Co-Founder of Small World International & The Society’s Secret From Four Corners.
